June 14th, New Orleans to Houston
June 14th New Orleans to Houston, 392 miles.
We were aiming for San Antonio early on the 15th with Houston marked as our intended stop off. By the time we had nursed our respective hangovers it was actually quite late in the day before we managed to set off. This gave us few chances to stop off on the way and for a late arrival in Houston, making for a rather uneventful day. From Houston's (not Keiths) ugly, ugly appearance this is perhaps no bad thing. We used the time to plan the rest of trip, which has us spending tomorrow in San Antonio before heading Rosewell, Sante Fe, the Grand Canyon, then Vegas baby. San Antonio here we come!

There was the NASA space centre for rockets etc but it was on the other side of Houston and we couldn't face the phsycotic drivers again :)
